If you need tech services but don't want to pay the other "Geeks" prices then your in the right place. I have been working in Information Technology for over twenty years and in that time I've realized that most computer issues can be solved in an hour. So that's what I offer. My rate is $50.00. You get an hour of support and if the issue is not resolved or is something bigger then an hour of time can fix then I'll provide you with the information you need to continue yourself or have me continue at a nominal cost.

"Oh okay an hour huh?" Yeah if I start a solution that fixes the issues your having and that process takes more then an hour, I'm not charging you more. Now we have to be realistic. if I'm handed a dead laptop with a burnt motherboard well sorry this is not going take an hour but I will fix what's wrong and $50 is my price. Just because I'm no frills does not mean my service is. I do this because I'm tired of people paying so much money for problems that could have been solved by a simple update or fixing a corrupted file.
